Zusammenfassung

Accenture DACH is seeking a senior operations strategy leader to drive process transformation for clients across industries in Austria. You will define how AI tools are embedded, design operating models, and govern the methodology across engagements.

You will manage and develop a team, coach senior specialists, facilitate workshops for executives, and collaborate with technology partners to ensure alignment of process design and platform delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in process excellence, process redesign, or management consulting.
• Fluency in German (written and spoken).
• Experience managing and developing team members in a consulting environment.
• Proven track record of building and scaling AI-enabled solutions into client work.
• Experience facilitating client workshops and presenting to senior leadership.

Aufgaben

• Embed AI into future state design for clients and ways of working using AI tools.
• Define process redesign standards and govern their application across engagements.
• Manage client facilitation activities, discovery workshops, and executive presentations.
• Define benchmarking and transformation roadmap methodology for client engagements.
• Coach and develop direct reports, and align domain expertise with delivery standards.
• Collaborate with technology and delivery partners to ensure aligned process design and platform work.
