Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in game design (iGaming or real-money gaming preferred).
• Proven track record of shipped titles.
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, player motivation, and engagement loops.
• Experience with KPIs (retention, monetization, LTV, conversion).
• Solid knowledge of RTP, volatility models, and math-driven design principles.
• Experience writing clear and structured GDDs.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives.
