TietoTech Consulting is hiring a (Senior) Fullstack Developer to shape end-to-end digital solutions for customers. You’ll work across frontend and backend, influence architecture decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery in a hybrid setup across multiple Austrian and German locations.

You will collaborate with customers and interdisciplinary teams, implement scalable backend and modern frontend applications, and stay current with evolving technologies and cloud-native practices.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience as Fullstack Developer
• Strong frontend (React and/or Angular) and backend (Java and/or C#) skills
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices
• Experience with databases and cloud services
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment workflows
• Very good German and English skills

As a (Senior) Fullstack Developer, you will take ownership of technical solutions from concept to production, actively contributing to architecture, technology choices, and implementation quality. You will work closely with customers and interdisciplinary teams, contribute to technical decision-making, and ensure high-quality delivery across both frontend and backend.

Who we are looking for

• 4+ years of experience as Fullstack Developer
• Strong proficiency both in frontend (React and/or Angular) and backend technologies (Java and/or C#)
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices as well as with databases and cloud services
• Experience in the use of AI-assisted development tools and methodologies (e.g., GitHub Copilot, coding agents / agentic coding) to enhance development productivity and code quality, as well as to support documentation, testing, and problem-solving activities
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployment workflows
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• A curious mindset and willingness to learn and share knowledge
• Very good German and English skills

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 55.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our aim is to provide you with a salary package that is both competitive and reflective of your relevant experience, while also aligning with current market standards.
