As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will take ownership of key features and architectural decisions across our Magento 2-based platform. You will work cross-functionally to implement efficient, secure, and scalable solutions while mentoring junior developers and driving innovation in our IT department.

Your areas of responsibility

• Develop and optimize Magento 2 modules and integrations
• Own architectural decisions for large-scale projects
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams
• Mentor junior developers and lead code reviews
• Improve system performance and monitor key metrics
• Contribute to our DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines
• Stay ahead of trends in eCommerce tech

Your profile

• 3+ years experience in Magento 2 and full stack development
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with Git, Docker, REST & GraphQL APIs
• Familiarity with performance profiling tools (e.g., New Relic, Blackfire)
• Passion for clean code, security, and scalable solutions
• Strong communication and mentoring skills
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)

• Salary: for this position we offer a minimum of EUR 4.000,- per month (on a full time basis). Overpayment is possible depending on professional experience and qualifications.
