This is what you will be doing whit us:

• Lead thedesign and implementationof complex, interactive web interfaces usingTypeScript and Web Components(Lit-based).

• Architect and buildscalable, maintainable frontend solutions with a strong focus on performance and code quality

• Translate UI/UX designsinto responsive, accessible, and production-ready web applications in close collaboration with product designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders

• Write clean, modern, and semantic CSS, avoiding frameworks in favor of well-structured plain styles

• Develop and maintaina reusable component library usingStorybook, ensuring design consistency across products

• Optimize applicationsfor speed and scalability, leveraging tools likeVitefor fast development and builds

• Ensure code qualitythrough best practices and tooling such asESLint,Biome, andSonarQube

• Lead by examplein code reviews, mentoring team members, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

• Stay currentwith frontend trends and emerging technologies, proposing adoption where beneficial

• Troubleshoot and debugissues effectively to maintain a seamless user experience

• Work with afantastic teamcoming frommore than 15 nationalities

Is this you?

• University degree or equivalentin the field of Technology is an advantage.

• 7+ yearsof professional experiencein hands-on frontend development.

• Fluency inEnglish is mandatory(German is an advantage).

• Strong experience withTypeScript,Lit/Web Components, and modern frontend architecture.

• Deep understanding ofCSSand a passion for pixel-perfect implementation.

• Familiarity withbuild tooling,component libraries, andperformance optimizationtechniques.

• Strong communication skills– you can explain technical decisions clearly and understand non-technical perspectives.

• Proactive mindset– you take ownership, raise issues early, and look for solutions instead of waiting for direction.

• Collaboration and empathy– you value diverse perspectives and enjoy working closely with others.
