Easelink GmbH seeks an experienced firmware engineer to design and implement embedded software for industrial and automotive applications in a fast‑growing e‑mobility company. You will work across cross‑functional teams and take ownership of critical software features and releases.

The role emphasizes safety standards (ISO 26262) and strong collaboration with the Head of Software. Expect a challenging, innovative environment in Graz with competitive compensation.

Formación

• Must have a degree in a relevant field (CS, SWE, Telematics, Electrical, Mechatronics).
• Several years of firmware development experience for complex mechatronic systems.
• Experience with safety-critical software in industrial/automotive environments (ISO 26262, IEC 61508).
• AUTOSAR and/or ASPICE is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement firmware for embedded systems meeting industrial and automotive requirements.
• Design and develop software architectures in collaboration with other engineering teams.
• Take technical ownership of development projects ensuring timelines, costs and quality targets.
• Organize and conduct reviews and approve new software releases.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and development support to software team members.
• Drive continuous process improvements and adopt new methods.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Software.
