Zusammenfassung

Roche Information Solutions in Vienna seeks a Business Analytics Lead to architect the data roadmap for the Patient Insights portfolio. You will be the single source of truth for RIS metrics and orchestrate analytics across the organization, translating data into actionable insights to drive patient benefits and business decisions.

You will lead strategy, KPI governance, and stakeholder collaboration, with up to 30% international travel.

Qualifikationen

• BS in data, computer science, mathematics, engineering or business administration; advanced degree preferred.
• Expert in data science, analytics and statistical methods.
• Familiar with BI/analytics platforms (Tableau, Oracle); Countly experience preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in the healthcare industry, preferably Diagnostics/Med Tech.
• Strong quantitative skills in data analysis, visualization and reporting.
• Lean Analytics experience with digital health analytics.
• Ability to design dashboards and advocate data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of data privacy, ethics and compliance is a plus.
• Business fluent in English; German language skills are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Explore, develop, implement and evaluate innovative business analytic solutions to meet customer needs (internal and external).
• Bridge between siloed data sets (Finance, Portfolio, CX, Sales) to inform RIS Patient Insights decisions.
• Lead RIS Patient Insights-wide data analytics initiatives; coordinate project plans with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance and Commercial BI functions to harmonize KPI identification, gathering and visualization.
• Work with R&D and IT to define data analytics requirements and support development of solutions.
