FTA Insurance is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Financial Lines Underwriter to join our team in our Melbourne office. This full-time role involves underwriting financial lines products and providing exceptional service to our brokers, replacing the existing underwriter who is relocating with their family.

What you'll be doing

• Underwrite a portfolio of financial lines insurance products, including Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Cyber liability, and combined Prof Ind/GL.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing brokers and develop new broker relationships.
• Stay informed about market conditions.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of underwriting strategies and processes.
• Mentor and train junior underwriters.

• At least 3 years' experience as a financial lines underwriter or broker in general insurance.
