About the role

Leading the Finance team, you will be looked upon as a leader within the company, and responsible for reporting the quarterly results to investors and the Board. This is a very commercial role assisting both the PE Fund and entrepreneurs with the next phase of growth.

Duties/Key responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the financial reporting process, including monthly, half-yearly, and annual closing procedures.
  • Lead the preparation of financial statements, reports, and presentations for management, and board of directors, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of company performance and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Drive budgeting and forecasting process for the business.
  • Assist CEO with strategic projects covering system upgrades, capital raising, competitor analysis etc.
  • Prepare and deliver board reports & other tasks for exec team
Skills and experience
  • Excellent communication, strategy, and leadership skills.
  • Multisite experience looked upon favourably
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high growth business
  • CA or CPA Qualified
