A leading company in the software industry is seeking a Senior Employee Experience (HR) Business Partner to enhance the employee life cycle and support management decisions. This full-time role involves significant HR responsibilities, including onboarding, compliance, and employee benefits administration, with a focus on creating a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, knowledge of Austrian labor laws, and excellent communication skills in both German and English.
As a Senior Employee Experience (HR) Business Partner at Cropster, your main focus will be to create a positive environment for our potential, future, and current employees throughout the entire employee life cycle. You will also help our people leaders make the best decisions for their teams. Additionally, you will partner with our management team to support business decisions from a people perspective.
This is a full-time position and may be partly remote after a predefined introductory period.

The salary range for this position is € 56K to € 65K gross/year and we look at factors like your experience and individual qualifications to determine our offer.
