Zusammenfassung

TSMG is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician in Austria to maintain and repair electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi operations across Europe. You will diagnose, repair, and validate AV hardware and software, while ensuring safety and uptime for daily deployments.

The role requires hands-on automotive expertise, high-voltage safety proficiency, and collaboration with depot and engineering teams to support fleet readiness and serviced operations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Strong experience with vehicle diagnostics and fault troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
• Experience using diagnostic tools and service software.
• Ability to follow strict safety procedures and work independently.
• Upper-Intermediate English; German or other EU languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Autonomous Vehicle Maintenance: preventive and corrective maintenance for electric/autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
• Advanced Diagnostics & Repair: diagnostics on EV platforms, ADAS, sensors, compute units; identify root causes.
• EV & High-Voltage Systems: work with high-voltage batteries, charging systems, inverters.
• Autonomous Driving Hardware Support: installation, inspection, replacement of AV hardware.
• Software Updates & Validation: vehicle software updates and post-repair testing.
• Shift Leadership & Team Support: lead on shifts, mentor junior technicians, training.
• Operational Excellence: improve maintenance processes, fleet reliability, and safety.
