TSMG Holding seeks Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi operations across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene when needed, and collaborate with engineering and depot teams.

No prior autonomous-vehicle experience is required; we provide comprehensive training on driving systems, procedures, and safety protocols. Ideal candidates are calm, observant, and committed to safety.

Qualifikationen

• Valid European driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years driving experience with no major violations.
• Ability to pass background verification and drug screening.
• Excellent situational awareness, attention to detail, and reporting skills.
• Upper-intermediate English and strong communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and robotaxi operations.
• Perform pre-/post-trip checks and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Record events, provide feedback on vehicle behaviour and traffic conditions.
• Follow procedures, participate in training, and maintain professionalism.
