• - Completed education in mechanical engineering (e.g., HTL, FH/University of Applied Sciences, or TU/Technical University)
• - Several years of professional experience in design engineering, product development, or special/custom machine and plant engineering
• - Practical experience in design/CAD, manufacturing or joining technologies (e.g., welding, bonding)
• - Solid understanding of tolerances and technical feasibility
• - Experience in project management or technical leadership of interdisciplinary teams
• - Strong CAD skills
• - Experience with PDM, PLM or ERP systems
• - Structured, analytical and solution‑oriented way of working
• - Strong logical reasoning skills
• - High degree of personal responsibility, hands‑on mentality and confident presence as a technical interface
• - German and English at business‑fluent/negotiation level

Aufgaben

• Assess new and complex customer requests for technical feasibility and economic viability
• Provide technical support from the design and concept phase through to series production readiness
• Develop manufacturing strategies that are technically and economically optimal, including make‑or‑buy decisions
• Manage technical coordination between Sales, Production, Purchasing, Quality and Research & Development
• Assume final technical responsibility for complex products and assemblies
• Coordinate internal and external technical interfaces to ensure well‑founded decisions
