We’re looking for an experienced eCommerce Production Lead to join a leading retail organisation and help deliver a seamless online shopping experience. Acting as the right-hand to the eCommerce Production Manager, you’ll oversee content production across the website, ensuring everything is accurate, timely, and on-brand.

What you’ll do

• Lead the day-to-day content production process, from briefs and creative reviews through to publishing and content removal.
• Optimise and manage the Content Management System (CMS) to drive efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentor and support the Content Publishing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Troubleshoot content issues quickly and coordinate fixes with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, trade, IT, agencies) to ensure smooth online updates.
• Support larger projects, system enhancements, and seasonal event campaigns.

What we’re looking for

• Strong background in eCommerce, digital content, or online marketing, ideally in retail.
• Proven leadership experience, including managing or mentoring teams.
