The PAC Group is recruiting several Senior Process Engineers for a long‑term, 100% onsite project in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will own end‑to‑end processes in an e‑drive manufacturing start‑up, from installation through ramp‑up, with heavy emphasis on DOE, PPAP, PFMEA, and OEE improvements.

Roles demand 5–10 years in high‑volume automotive manufacturing, with hands‑on shop floor ownership and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• MSc or equivalent engineering degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5–10 years of process engineering experience in high‑volume manufacturing (auto powertrain/components).
• Hands‑on production‑floor ownership of a process at rate.
• Strong knowledge of takt‑based manufacturing, line balancing, OEE & downtime reduction.
• Experience using SPC, DOE, MSA/Gage R&R; familiarity with PFMEA, APQP, PPAP.

Responsabilités

• Own process definition for assigned perimeter, including flow, cycle times, parameter windows, control plans, PFMEA, and change control.
• Lead equipment commissioning, SAT, DoE, and process qualification runs.
• Deliver APQP and PPAP requirements for the area.
• Balance stations to meet takt and reduce bottlenecks/micro-stops.
• Drive ramp with data-driven improvements to achieve full‑rate production.
• Act as first‑line technical escalation for production and lead structured problem solving (8D, 5‑Why, Ishikawa).
• Design and validate error‑proofing and inline verification systems.
• Build data foundation via SPC and MES/tracing systems; support supplier interfaces and PPAPs.
• Train operators on process fundamentals and troubleshooting; ensure safety compliance.
