DRIVS Systems GmbH in Austria is seeking an Industrialisation Engineer to drive the industrialisation of development projects and ensure a stable series ramp-up with the supplier.

You will lead PFMEA and control plans, assess tooling concepts, and coordinate between project management, suppliers, and quality management. Travel up to 25% is expected, and the role offers a full-time position with remuneration aligned to the Austrian collective agreement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in industrialisation, production planning, process development or ramp-up support.
• Profound knowledge of PFMEA and control plans.
• Structured and independent working style.

Aufgaben

• Industrialisation of development projects and bringing them to a stable series process.
• Process assurance including PFMEA with suppliers, line concept and control plan.
• Tooling and fixtures: assess concepts and support sampling/release.
• Series ramp-up: on-site supplier support through documented status.
• Inspection concepts: inline and end-of-line testing.
• Coordination between project management, development partner, suppliers and QA.
