Adcubum AG is seeking a Senior Development Experience Engineer & Technical Lead to drive our developer experience platform forward. You will lead technical direction, shape architecture decisions, and mentor teams to ensure code quality and fast delivery.

You will shape end-to-end development environments, build cutting-edge tooling, and prioritize initiatives that boost developer productivity across the enterprise.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of senior-level development experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Deep expertise in advanced software engineering and maintainable architectures.
• Strong prioritization and data-driven decision making for productivity.
• 3+ years leading technical teams and driving initiatives.
• Extensive experience designing and optimizing CI/CD at enterprise scale (Jenkins).
• Advanced knowledge of artifact repositories, container workflows, and build automation.
• Senior-level experience with Gradle/Maven and scripting (Groovy, Bash, Python).
• Strong understanding of source control and branching strategies.
