Partner company is seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist to build and improve ML products for programmatic advertising. You will work with massive datasets and live real-time processing, shaping experimentation-driven solutions across teams.

The role focuses on research-to-production, feature engineering, model deployment, and performance monitoring in an international environment. A strong emphasis on practical, measurable business impact is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional experience developing data science products.
• Experience in Ad-Tech or programmatic/mobile advertising.
• Strong Python programming, clean, reproducible code.
• Experience with Spark, Hadoop, Airflow, Docker, and SQL.
• Experience building ML models for large-scale datasets.
• Knowledge of neural networks for classification/regression and multi-task learning is advantageous.
• Strong SQL and dashboards/monitoring understanding.
• Ability to work with large datasets and communicate findings effectively.

Aufgaben

• Develop, improve, and maintain ML models in large-scale programmatic advertising systems.
• Improve models via new features and data sources; collaborate with ML engineers.
• Research and deploy scalable supervised and unsupervised algorithms.
• Design and run A/B tests to measure impact and guide decisions.
• Build production-ready, well-tested code and monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and data scientists to translate research into solutions.
