Jobbeschreibung

The Senior Data Scientist role drives the development and delivery of advanced data science solutions to optimize key business outcomes. The role has deep industry knowledge and hands-on expertise across the full machine learning lifecycle, and makes sure our initiatives are in line with our business strategy and KPIs.

Your tasks

• Develop and deliver predictive models to support segmentation, pricing strategies, player lifecycle management, fraud prevention, and financial forecasting
• Ensure models are accurate, explainable, and aligned with business objectives.
  Implement scalable deployment strategies supporting both real-time and batch inference requirements
• Promote and enforce best practices in machine learning lifecycle management, model governance, and responsible AI
• Contribute to the design of modular, reusable ML components to support rapid experimentation and deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders in Marketing, CRM, Game Studios, and Finance to align data science solutions with business objectives
• Partner with Data Engineering to design and maintain scalable data pipelines and feature stores for both batch and streaming data
• Work together with DevOps/ML engineers to ensure robust CI/CD practices, model versioning, and monitoring frameworks
• Educate non-technical teams on interpreting and applying predictive analytics results responsibly.

Your profile

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Data Science or Business Administration
• Minimum of2 years’ experience in a similar role or field
• Python (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PySpark, MLflow),SQL
• Feature stores - design and management
• Dashboarding/visualization (esp. Tableau)
• Strategic thinker with a strong business mindset
• Proactive and precise attitude to work
• High affinity for internet technologies and e-commerce
• Passion for continuous learning
• Very good command of both spoken and written English, German is considered an asset
