Join our team at kununu and become a vital part of our dynamic group of professionals. As a Data Engineer, you'll collaborate with fellow experts in the field and work closely with our team of data scientists to drive innovation and data-driven insights. Apply now! #kununujob

Your tasks:

• Own and evolve the kununu DWH and its various data integrations end-to-end.
• Lead and support initiatives to extend our data platform capabilities and enable other departments and external partners in their day-to-day work.
• Set standards for data quality, performance, and governance. Identify and resolve data bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Work closely with your fellow Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Business Analysts to deliver robust and innovative products.

Your skills:

• Extensive experience with Python, software engineering concepts, algorithms, data structures and best practices.
• Hands-on knowledge of databases and DWH solutions, SQL and ideally dbt.
• In-depth experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and at least one of the big cloud providers (preferably Google Cloud).
• A track record of successful ETL projects.
• Automation and testing are just as important to you as production code.
• Great English communication skills.
