Zusammenfassung

Unit8 SA is seeking a Senior Data & AI Consultant/Consulting Lead to join our Data & AI Consulting Practice in Warsaw or Cracow. You will guide clients on data-driven transformations, collaborate with data scientists and IT architects, and help scale our consulting offerings across Europe.

You will lead engagements from business development to project delivery, with a emphasis on governance, ML implementations, and data strategy. Fluency in English is required; travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• 6–10 years of work experience in a leading management consultancy at the intersection of business & technology or equivalent corporate experience.
• Experience advising clients on data-based topics such as analytics, machine learning, data platforms and cloud.
• Ability to identify and prioritise business challenges and provide innovative solutions.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and teams.
• Fluent in English; French or German is an advantage.
• Willing to travel up to ~15% across Europe.
• Eligible to register as a sole trader (self-employment) in Poland.

Aufgaben

• Consult clients on becoming data-driven, assess data and ML maturity, and define impactful roadmaps.
• Interact with clients to understand data-related challenges and business questions.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and IT architects on data-based solutions and ML use cases.
• Advise on data governance, model governance, MLOps, and analytics centers of excellence.
• Co-develop growth strategy and concepts for new data & AI offerings with leadership.
• Support business development through industry events and client meetings.
• Contribute to white papers and industry thought leadership on data science & AI topics.
