Summary

You’ll be the face and voice of Deel for our clients, both internally and externally. In this role you will build genuine and durable customer relationships and convert those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will be a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues, and you will advocate for clients internally to champion new products and capabilities that expand each client’s business with Deel.

You are a passionate business builder who thrives on solving complex, ambiguous problems and delivering impact. You are a collaborative, high-performance team player who can work cross-functionally with stakeholders and is comfortable diving into data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Accounts: Focus on a smaller number of high-value strategic accounts and develop a strategy for large accounts with many internal stakeholders, aiming to execute small actions that roll up into larger outcomes.
  • Risk: Proactively identify risks and coordinate with internal stakeholders to address customer issues in a timely manner to optimize sentiment.
  • Relationships: Build relationships with senior stakeholders, understand the customer’s business and hiring plans, and implement a success plan with regular business reviews.
  • Product: Collect customer feedback, prioritize requirements by risk, urgency, and revenue impact, and coordinate delivery with internal teams while managing expectations.
  • Deliver a high-quality day-to-day customer experience.
  • Develop and iterate standard operating procedures and own procedures for a specific customer type from implementation to sustainment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response and completion of requests.
  • Drive adoption of platform features to improve customer experience and retention.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing roles
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas: fast-growth startup, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
  • Strong relationship-building skills with ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Quantitatively inclined and data savvy; able to draw insights from data and translate into action
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable in fast-paced environments with high responsibility
  • Proven track record of achievement and impact
  • Strong analytical foundation with ability to manipulate and synthesize data
  • Curious and motivated to make an impact
