A leading mortgage broking business is seeking a Credit Analyst / Loan Strategist to assess loan applications and support brokers. This role offers a base salary starting from $100k plus commissions, with flexible hours and mentorship for professional growth in a fully remote environment. Ideal candidates have experience in mortgage broking or banking and excellent communication skills.

We’re seeking a Credit Analyst / Loan Strategist with the ambition to progress into a Mortgage Broker role, or a Broker who is ready to step into a new role with plenty to offer. You’ll work closely with experienced brokers and be mentored by senior leaders who will shield you from the stressful side of broking while helping you grow your career and professional reputation.
Base salary: from $100k + super (higher for the right candidate).
Commissions: 20% of gross upfront commissions.
Quarterly bonus potential on settled loan volumes.
Fully remote set-up: laptop, phone and monitor supplied.
Flexible hours (by negotiation) and mentoring from industry leaders.
Assess and package residential loan applications for approval.
Strategise lending solutions to meet client goals.
Support brokers with credit analysis and client management.
Build relationships with lenders and clients while developing your own personal brand.
Experience in mortgage broking, credit analysis, lending, or banking, OR a banker ready to step into the broking world.
Strong attention to detail and a steady, consistent, professional approach.
Motivation to learn and grow, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Location: Work remotely from anywhere in Brisbane or Sunshine Coast
