Syneos Health Austria GmbH is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to support site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits across Austria, either on-site or remotely. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or RN, knowledge of GCP, and fluent German and English, with strong communication and travel readiness for Austria.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Previous monitoring experience in Austria.
• Good computer skills and ability to embrace new technologies.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits (on-site or remote).
• Ensure regulatory, ICH-GCP and GPP compliance and protocol adherence.
• Assess site performance, document CMP/SMP findings, and escalate serious issues.
• Verify informed consent and protect confidentiality while ensuring data integrity.
• Conduct source data verification and query resolution; manage IP handling and inventory.
• Prepare for investigator meetings, audit readiness, and train site staff.
• Enter data into tracking systems and manage timelines for assigned activities.
