Erste Group Bank AG in Vienna seeks an experienced professional to support origination and execution of syndicated corporate banking transactions. You will prepare credit apps, financial models, and briefing materials for senior management, and work across interdisciplinary, multinational teams.

Fluency in German and English is required, with several years of relevant experience in syndication, structured finance or corporate banking.

• University degree in finance, business, economics or law with a banking/finance focus.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsabilités

• Participate in origination efforts with corporate clients, including client pitches and meetings.
• Prepare credit applications, financial models, and briefing materials for senior management.
• Execute high-profile syndicated and complex corporate transactions; review mandates and loan documentation.
• Coordinate with syndication partners and support marketing activities.
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary, multinational teams across Erste Group geographies.
• Monitor and review portfolio assets, produce reports, and manage risks.
