Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Control Systems Engineer (m/d/f) to work in Tyrol, Austria for several of our major clients. This is a great opportunity to utilize and develop your technical skills. If you are fluent in German with strong DeltaV skills and have a solid understanding of automation, this role might be for you!

Responsibilities include:

• Developing functional and design specifications for control systems (hardware and software) in collaboration with the customer and under supervision of the Lead Engineer.
• Performing design studies and creating quality documents in line with project specifications and procedures.
• Configuring software applications for the Emerson Controls System DeltaV.
• Conducting internal and customer acceptance tests.
• Providing commissioning, start-up support, after-sales service, and training.
• Developing technical project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Electrical or Process Automation Engineering.
• Several years of experience in control engineering projects.
• Experience in Process Automation and control system engineering skills.
• Knowledge of control system design, hardware cabinet design, software system design, implementation, and testing.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Proficiency in English and German.
• Valid driver’s license.
• European language skills are a plus.
• Experience working in a matrix organization.
