As a Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, you will analyse existing business processes and develop individual solution concepts that make our customers more efficient and successful. You will be responsible for the introduction, customisation and further development of Dynamics 365 CE - with a focus on sales, customer service or marketing.

Your tasks as a consultant:

• You analyse existing business processes and develop tailor‑made concepts for solutions to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our customers
• You will manage the introduction, maintenance and further development of Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• You are responsible for the configuration and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Together with the Solution Architect, you will develop solutions for the integration of Dynamics 365 into our customers' system landscape
• You will conduct trainings and workshops for key users and end users to ensure optimal use of the system

Your profile:

• You have several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably in the areas of Sales, Customer Service or Marketing/Customer Insights
• You have extensive experience with project methods such as Agile and enjoy working in dynamic teams
• It is an advantage if you are familiar with Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate)
• A structured, analytical and precise way of working is a matter of course for you
• Enthusiasm for technical innovations and the ability to explain complex systems in an understandable way are among your strengths
• Fluent German and good English skills as well as a moderate willingness to travel are required for your daily tasks

For legal reasons, we would also like to point out that the minimum salary for this position, as defined by the collective agreement, is EUR 3,843 gross per month. Depending on your qualifications and experience, overpayment is possible, including the option of a commission‑based model.
