CS Energy is seeking a dynamic and detail oriented Senior Compliance Specialist to join our Enterprise Compliance team. This is a vital role that sits within the second line of defence and plays an instrumental role in strengthening CS Energy’s compliance posture. You’ll work closely with the Senior Manager Regulatory and Compliance and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to ensure our regulatory obligations are understood, managed, and monitored effectively in alignment with CS Energy’s Enterprise Compliance Management Framework (and Enterprise Risk Management Framework). This is an integral role that blends strategic advisory, operational oversight and hands-on engagement with cross-functional teams. You’ll be instrumental in driving continuous improvement across our compliance frameworks, systems and reporting processes. The role is expected to be an assertive communicator with the confidence to engage with executives and cross functional teams, have an analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail, have a deep understanding of legislative frameworks and regulatory environments and a passion for compliance to drive and uphold the highest standards of integrity.
