Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload across Litigation and Commercial Law with autonomy and strategic input.
• Provide high-level advice to clients and stakeholders, handling meetings and correspondence with confidence.
• Appear in State and Federal Courts, with and without Counsel.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire junior staff while fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Identify risks proactively and design strategies to mitigate them.
• Collaborate across the firm to support a culture of excellence, integrity, and shared expertise.

Who You Are

• Experienced: Minimum 5 years PAE in Queensland with an unrestricted practising certificate. (We will consider candidates with 4 yrs PAE if their experience is closely aligned to the requirements)
• Specialised: Strong background in Litigation and Commercial Law; additional experience in Family, Criminal, or Succession Law is a plus.
• Professional & Reliable: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and with excellent time management skills.
• Legally Eligible: Permanent Australian work rights, current driver’s licence, and ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
• Potential for Growth: Willingness to contribute to a collaborative team and continue professional development.
