Zusammenfassung

Vision Mia is seeking a Cybersecurity / Information Security Engineer (m/w/d) to shape security across our products and infrastructure. You’ll develop and operate our ISMS, define security requirements for embedded systems, IoT and cloud services, and collaborate with IT, development and management to bake security in from the start.

You'll lead threat analyses, risk assessments and incident response, coordinate tests and audits, and help drive certifications (e.g., ISO 27001).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, IT security, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Entry-level to several years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally in industrial or embedded environments.
• Deep knowledge of embedded security, IoT security, network security, cryptography, SSDLC.
• Experience with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to establish or develop security structures in SMEs.
• Strong analytical mindset and holistic view of complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to position security as a business enabler.
• Very good German and English language skills.

• Coordination of penetration tests and security audits.
• Collaboration on certifications and compliance issues (ISO 27001, ISO/IEC 15408, ISO 21434).
• Close collaboration with the Information Security Board, IT, and development teams.

In this key role, you’ll take responsibility for the ongoing development of our security infrastructure and ensure that security is built into our products and systems from the very beginning.
You’ll work closely with IT, development, and management teams to drive modern security standards forward in an innovative technology company.

Your Profile

• Strong communication skills and the ability to position security as a business enabler
• Very good German and English language skills
