Dæly sucht erfahrene Cloud/DevOps-Profis, die Kubernetes in Produktion skalieren, Azure AKS beherrschen und Infrastructure as Code mit Terraform umsetzen. Du übernimmst End-to-End-Verantwortung für unsere Infrastruktur in einem kleinen Engineering-Team.

Wir bieten 60–90k EUR brutto pro Jahr, remote-first mit optionalem Vienna Büro, flexible Arbeitszeiten und direkten Austausch mit den Gründern. Du gestaltest Europas nächste Tech-Ära mit echtem Ownership am Produkt und Stack.

Qualifikationen

• Kubernetes in Produktion skalieren und betreiben.
• Azure AKS-Experte mit Production-Tiefe.

Aufgaben

• Azure-Infrastruktur End-to-End verantwortlich betreuen.
• Kubernetes betreiben und skalieren (Dev/Staging/Prod).
• IaC und CI/CD über unseren Cloud-Stack managen.
• Backend-Entwicklung unterstützen, Integrationen & Troubleshooting.
• Observability über Logs, Metriken, Alerts & Incident Response.
• Identity/Auth-Infrastruktur verbessern & Security-ready machen.
• Cloud-Kosten optimieren.
• Planen, ggf. Migration von Azure Germany zu EU-Hosting.

Remote Senior Cloud / DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) - Dæly sucht DevOps Spezialisten!

Gehaltsspanne 60000 - 90000 EUR pro Jahr.

Requirements und Ihr Profil:

• Someone with substantial hands‑on experience managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters in production (this is not an entry‑level role)
• Deep practical Azure expertise at production scale, including AKS, networking, storage and IAM
• Strong Kubernetes architecture & operations skills
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or similar tooling
• Experience across CI/CD pipelines, service mesh / API gateways, and production identity & auth systems
• Solid backend development skills. Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten: This is your chance to take real ownership of infrastructure within a small, cracked engineering team - with far more impact than youd have in a huge platform org. Youll own the systems Dæly runs on end to end, make architectural decisions and build the infrastructure that carries us through our next phase of growth.

Ihre Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Own our Azure infrastructure end to end across reliability, scalability and cost
• Operate and scale Kubernetes (dev, staging & production), including upgrades, autoscaling, networking and ingress
• Manage Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD across our cloud stack
• Support backend development, integrations and production troubleshooting
• Run observability across logs, metrics, alerting and incident response
• Improve identity/auth infrastructure and contribute to security & compliance readiness
• Drive cloud cost optimization
• Plan and potentially execute a migration from Azure Germany to an EU‑based hosting provider.
