Senior Client Account Executive - Commercial

Clarity Partners is partnering with a global insurance brokerage that provides specialist risk solutions and client-focused services, operating across multiple international markets with a strong local presence in Perth.

We are seeking a Client Account Executive to join the Commercial team. In this role, you will work alongside senior brokers to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery while building strong, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day servicing of a diverse client portfolio in collaboration with your senior broker.
  • Manage renewal prioritisation, inbox tasks, and weekly pipeline reviews.
  • Deliver accurate, high-quality work under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Assist with claims management and policy documentation.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through professional and timely communication.
  • Contribute to client meetings by preparing relevant materials and following up on action items.

Who You Are

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance broking, ideally within SME – Commercial accounts.
  • Tier 1 accreditation highly regarded.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Experience working with corporate clients and understanding their insurance needs.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
