Senior Business Analyst Insurance (m/w/d)

What You Will Do

You will be the direct contact for a major Viennese insurer, supporting the implementation and customization of our Tech11 Insurance Platform. This is a 3-4 year modernization project where you will help shape processes and products. Your responsibilities will include:

• Model insurance products and design business processes in BPMN 2.0
• Create requirements & GAP analyses, coordinate with development teams
• Develop and discuss solution designs, oversee customer-specific implementations
• Make process-related software adjustments in JavaScript / Camunda BPM
• Requirements Engineering
• Plan and execute user tests
• IT consulting and system integration, including on-site customer support

What You Bring

• A degree in Business Informatics or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience
• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer in core insurance systems, especially in property and liability insurance
• Knowledge of process modeling (e.g., BPMN 2.0) and automation tools (e.g., Camunda BPM) is a plus
• Responsibility at the interface between Business and IT
• Familiarity with software development tools like GIT and API testing
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and SQL
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to clearly communicate technical topics in German and English
• IT affinity, initiative, and motivation
