Job summary

Parliament is seeking a Brand Designer with 6+ years of experience and a passion for brand design. A strong portfolio will back up the ability to design systems and bring brand strategies to life visually.

You will work with a small team to design visual identities, graphic systems, guidelines, campaigns, and brand executions, while mentoring colleagues and delivering high-quality work on schedule.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in brand design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems-based branding and visual identity work.
• Ability to develop brand platforms, guidelines, and campaigns.
• Experience presenting concepts and decks to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Generate clear ideas and concepts.
• Produce sketches and storyboards to visualize ideas.
• Design identities based on strategic platforms.
• Lead development of brands and campaigns from concept to final execution.
• Create decks and present them internally and externally.
• Support colleagues and other designers to grow.
