Job summary

Parliament is seeking a Brand Designer with at least 3 years of brand design experience and a very strong portfolio. The right applicant loves to learn, pushes themselves, and can juggle multiple design projects.

You will work with a small team that includes a strategist, creative director, writer, and project manager to design visual identities, graphic systems, guidelines, campaigns, and brand executions. The role emphasizes autonomy, collaboration, and presenting work to clients.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of brand design experience with a strong portfolio.
• A showreel/portfolio showcasing brand systems and campaigns.
• Ability to work in a small team and contribute across disciplines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for internal and client-facing discussions.

Responsibilities

• Generate clear ideas and concepts.
• Produce sketches and storyboards to visualize ideas.
• Understand platforms, positioning, and target audiences.
• Design identities based on strategic brand platforms.
• Spearhead the development of brands and campaigns.
• Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
• Create decks and present them internally and externally.
