What You'll Do:

• Develop high-performance, scalable, and maintainable backend systems using PHP(Laravel) and other relevant technologies (e.g., Python).


• Design and implement innovative solutions to complex challenges, ensuring optimalperformance, security, and reliability.


• Champion best practices in software engineering, including writing comprehensiveunit tests with a strong focus on achieving 100% code coverage, code reviews,test automation, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).


• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design, frontend) todeliver exceptional user experiences.


• Stay ahead of the curve by researching and evaluating emerging technologies andtrends to continuously improve our products and engineering processes.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in developing and deploying production-grade web applications.


• Strong foundation in PHP and the Laravel framework, with a deep understanding ofobject-oriented programming principles and design patterns.


• Expertise in working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), including datamodeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.


• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker), andDevOps practices (CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code).


• A growth mindset with a passion for learning and a desire to continuously improveyour skills.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectivelycommunicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid work model: We embrace a hybrid work approach with a combination of in-office presence and remote work.


• In-office presence is required for a minimum of three days per week. Thisfosters strong team collaboration and in-person interaction.

We offer a full-time position with a collective agreement minimum salary of EUR 37,297.40gross/year. This will be overpaid depending on your professional experience andqualifications.
