Role and Responsibilities

1. Assess company’s risk in terms of internal audit and accounting principles.
2. Conduct extended business data analysis through SAP FI modules, documents, evidences and other various company databases in order to detect fraud and operational risks effectively.
3. Conduct investigations into alleged fraud, irregularities, misconduct or rule violations.
4. Be responsible for on-time reporting and discuss findings with the assigned audit supervisor, delivering accurate and objective reporting.
5. Conduct ethics interviews with internal stakeholders.
6. Review digital data acquired from the company assets for the purpose of fraud detection.
7. Conduct code of conduct trainings and nurture code of conduct trainers in the region.
8. Assess risk management capacities and support internal stakeholders.
9. Plan, coordinate and implement fraud prevention programs for subsidiaries.

Skills and Qualifications

Your profile, you…

1. Have a university degree in the area of accounting, business administration or other business operational areas.
2. Can demonstrate several years of professional experience in internal control, fraud investigation, risk management or accounting.
3. Can work efficiently with SAP data (billing, costs, sales expense, SCM) and make analysis.
4. Ideally have a CIA or CFE certificate.
5. Have a high attention to detail, pursuing to find the root cause and causality of processes within limited time and resources.
6. Are a confident and trustworthy personality with a good understanding of cultural elements of the region.
7. Have excellent written and spoken English skills and fluency in any other European languages such as German, Hungarian, Czech or Romanian.
