We're a leading Queensland firm in estate law. This isn't your standard estates role. You'll have carriage of complex and interesting matters across planning, administration, and litigation, with the support of a highly capable team and the opportunity to shape the next chapter of your career.
Lead a caseload of diverse and high-value estate planning, administration, and litigation matters
Provide expert advice and strategy on complex succession law issues
Collaborate with senior colleagues with the ability to mentor junior lawyers
Contribute to team strategy, innovation, and knowledge-sharing
You are a confident, capable estates lawyer with:
6+ years PAE in succession law across planning, administration, and litigation
A minimum of 4+ years specific experience in estate litigation matters
The ability to run files independently and provide strategic leadership
Clear and persuasive communication skills — written and verbal
A client-first mindset and a reputation for thorough, practical advice
Passion for estates law and a desire to stay ahead of legal developments
A commitment to excellence, learning, and delivering for clients
Current admission to practice law in Queensland
