Salesforce seeks a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You will work with a Deployment Strategist to deliver production-ready components across architecture, data pipelines, and integration with customer systems.

You will lead PoCs/MVPs, mentor teams, and travel ~25% to work directly with customers in fast-moving projects within the Salesforce AI ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with production systems.
• Fluent in at least two of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, prompts, APIs, and integration patterns.

Aufgaben

• Design and build AI agents and experiences that take real actions for real organisations, end-to-end from architecture to deployment.
• Integrate data pipelines with Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms; maintain KPI reporting.
• Contribute to PoCs and MVPs that move from concept to deployable in days; share best practices with customers.
• Surface platform gaps and edge cases; work with Deployment Strategist to translate challenges into shippable solutions.
