You will collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Engineering and Documentation to translate strategic goals into actionable outcomes, drive execution, manage risks, and align processes with an AI-first approach.

Aufgaben

• Build, manage, and maintain the context layer for AI content systems.
• Ensure alignment from strategy to execution to meet Self-Service Knowledge goals.
• Curate metadata across data assets and resolve semantic conflicts.
• Shape guidelines for technical writing across teams and channels.
• Identify blockers, manage risks, and escalate proactively.
