Qualifikationen

Who you can become with us…

As Senior Account Manager Alpine (f/m/d) you will gain insights into the Google Cloud & Google Marketing Platform and work with state-of-the-art tools and high-performing teams. You will ensure customer satisfaction and foster business growth through strong account management and exceptional customer service.

Specifically you will be responsible for:
Customer support and consulting:
  • You will be responsible for the holistic support and strategic consulting of our customers in Switzerland and Austria in the areas of marketing and cloud technology.
  • Additionally, you will understand the needs of our customers and work with our specialist departments to develop customized solutions that are tailored to our customers' respective business objectives.
Project management:
  • You will coordinate and support projects from proposal preparation to implementation.
  • This also includes working closely with internal teams to ensure the success of the projects.
Reporting and controlling:
  • Your tasks include regular reporting of customer projects and KPIs to management.
  • You will monitor the performance of customer projects and ensure that targets are met.
The person we are looking for…
  • Has solid experience in account management (2+ years) in the tech and digital marketing industry.
  • Has a proven track record of success in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Has strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Is highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excels as a self-starter and is driven to continuously improve and exceed customer expectations.
  • Is an excellent communicator in fluent English and German (min. C1), French is a plus.
  • Is open to traveling to Zurich on a quarterly basis.
