Do you want to help us amaze our audience by providing state-of-the-art 3D Motion Design?

As part of the Creative Services Team, you will develop and animate outstanding visuals for Red Bull TV multiplatform channels. Use your skills in 3D design and animation to provoke creative thinking, drive innovation, and bring the Red Bull Universe to our platforms.

Responsibilities:

• 3D Motion Graphics Production: Develop concepts and animations aligned with creative objectives. Execute projects from concept to delivery, creating style frames and fully animated CG sequences within deadlines. Expertise in look development, lighting, 3D animation, and compositing is essential.
• Collaborate with Creative Teams and Clients: Work closely with Art Directors, Producers, and Project Managers to develop concepts and designs.
• Innovate: Stay updated with industry trends, maintain best practices, troubleshoot technical issues, and find innovative ways to enhance workflows.
• Take Initiative: Lead projects, deliver innovative solutions on time, and communicate your design vision effectively to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Graphic Design, Media Studies, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Motion Graphics Design with a strong portfolio.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Expertise in Cinema 4D, Redshift, and After Effects.
• Proficiency in Look Development, Lighting, 3D Animation, and Compositing.
• Knowledge of Houdini and Adobe CC applications is advantageous.
• Strong creative and conceptual skills aligned with brand identity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary starts at €2,471 gross per month, with a market-oriented compensation package above this minimum.
