Greentube GmbH, the global interactive unit of NOVOMATIC, seeks a Test Automation Engineer to advance production-grade automation. You will design and maintain automated tests in TypeScript using Playwright, contribute to the test framework, and help ensure stable releases. Strong English and collaboration in an Agile environment are required.

Qualifikationen

• Strong TypeScript programming skills; focus on production-grade automation code, not just test cases.
• Hands-on experience with web application test automation using Playwright.
• Solid understanding of testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with SQL or MongoDB databases.
• Familiarity with Agile development environments and collaboration workflows.
• Experience with Git, Azure, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cucumber is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Ensure visibility, traceability, and control of the testing process for high-quality software delivery.
• Define the testing scope for feature and regression testing to ensure coverage.
• Support testing activities for releases to maintain stability in production.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated tests using TypeScript and clean code practices.
• Run tests, analyze results, and manage bug triage to drive timely resolutions.
• Contribute to improving our test automation framework and tooling.
• Identify improvements to the test automation process to boost quality and speed.
• Assist the team in investigating production issues to enhance reliability.
