Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Consultant to ensure a stable, efficient SAP landscape across PLM, Quality/Repair, and cross-functional SAP processes. You will partner with IT and business stakeholders to maintain and evolve key SAP business processes.

This onsite role includes an option for limited home-office days each month, and offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support work-life balance, growth, and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive SAP consulting experience across PLM, Quality/Repair and cross-functional SAP processes.
• Ability to bridge IT and business stakeholders to optimize SAP workflows.

This position reports to:

Team Leader

Your Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced SAP Solution Consultant who ensures the stable, efficient, and business-aligned operation of our SAP landscape across Product Lifecycle Management, Quality/Repair, and cross-functional SAP processes. You will take over a central function in maintaining and evolving key SAP business processes, working closely with IT and business stakeholders.

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is: onsite with 10 home office days a month

Further:

• Own and manage Product Lifecycle Processes , including master data, change management, phase-out, and lifecycle control


• Support and optimize SAP repair and quality processes , working closely with business teams across cross-functional domains and multiple SAP modules


• Maintain and improve documentation and process descriptions for SAP-related topics, ensuring up-to-date knowledge management


• Drive IT compliance activities , including testing, control reviews, user training, and stakeholder communication with business partners, external partners, and auditors

• Several years of experience as SAP Consultant or Solution Consultant


• Hands‑on experience in different SAP modules


• Ability to work across technical and business domains


• Advanced structured and solution‑oriented working style with high attention to detail


• Ability to lead or contribute to projects and engage with cross‑functional partners.


• Teamplayer and open‑minded personality


• Very good German and English skills

AUSTRIA: The minimum compensation, in accordance with the electrical and electronics industry collective agreement, is 3.888,53 EUR monthly for a full-time position as of May 2026 . But we would be pleased to speak in person about your compensation package in relation to your qualifications and experience!
