Octapharma Pharmazeutika Produktionsges.m.b.H. invites you to join our IT Business Applications team in Vienna or Lachen, with relocation only to Vienna. You will provide technical leadership for SAP WM/MM projects and coordinate cross-functional activities across the Octapharma Group.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in consulting and supporting SAP WM/MM systems.
• Experience with SAP support operations and SAP implementation projects.
• Fluent English; German a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical leadership and manage current and future SAP WM/MM projects.
• Take responsibility for cross-functional harmonization within the Octapharma Group.
• Develop efficient technical changes in a challenging SAP landscape (on‑premise and cloud).
• Solution finding and consulting with best practice considerations.
• Coordinate activities of key users and project streams.
• Drive continuous improvements and change requests in day-to-day business.
• Collaborate with external partners for seamless deployment to downstream systems.

Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and manage current and future SAP WM/MM projects
• Take responsibility for cross-functional harmonization within the Octapharrma Group
• Develop efficient technical changes that align in a challenging SAP landscape, including various SAP on premise and cloud services
• Solution finding and consulting under consideration of best practice recommendations
• Coordinate activities of key users and project streams
• Drive forward the continuous improvements and change requests in day-to-day business
• Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless deployment to downstream systems

Your expertise and ideal skill set

• Preferably completed technical studies with IT focus (HTL, FH, Uni)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in consulting and supporting SAP Systems (WM/MM), purchasing is a plus
• Experience with managing SAP support operations and SAP implementation projects
• Fluent English, german is a plus
• Analytical and conceptual thinking
• Strong communication and presentation skills

The minimum gross salary according to the austrian collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 4,355.55 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
