Job summary

Octapharma seeks an experienced IT professional to own the end-to-end design of group logistics solutions. You will drive SAP SD and LE-TRA/TM implementations, collaborate with process leads, and push continuous improvements across planning and transportation management.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP consulting, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English; German is a plus. Office-based in Vienna with flexible cross-border coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience consulting SAP SD or LE-TRA/TM.
• Familiar with managing IT support operations and IT implementation projects.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Teamplayer with good communication and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, structured and organized.

Responsibilities

• Owning end-to-end solution design for Octapharma group logistics solutions (SD, LE-TRA/TM).
• Drive SAP implementation projects in sales, distribution and transportation management.
• Collaborate with business process lead and super users to design and harmonize processes.
• Lead continuous improvements and change requests in day-to-day business.
• Manage support for planning solutions and act as first point of contact for super users.
• Oversee external consultants and drive transition to S/4.

Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Owning E2E solution design for the Octapharma group logistic solutions (SD, LE-TRA/TM)
• Drive SAP implementation projects in the area of sales and distribution and transportation management
• Work together with business process lead and super users to design solutions and enhance/harmonize business processes
• Driving forward the continuous improvements and change requests in day-to-day business
• Manage support for planning solutions, first contact for super users
• Manage external consultants
• Drive future transition to S/4

Your expertise and ideal skill set

The minimum gross salary according to the austrian collective agreement (chemical industry) is EUR 4,270.14 based on 38 hours per week (full-time). As we strive to offer a salary that reflects your individual profile and qualifications, there is a willingness to pay above the minimum salary.
