Job summary

PERTEMPS ERP (part of Network EMEA) seeks an experienced SAP SD Consultant to join our Vienna-based in-house team. This hybrid, permanent role offers hands-on SAP SD work now with potential growth into a Lead position in the future.

You'll lead and support SAP SD implementations, optimise end-to-end order-to-cash processes, and mentor team members as responsibilities expand. English fluency is required, and travel up to 20% may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP SD consulting experience.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience with SAP implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%).

Responsibilities

• Lead and support international SAP SD implementation and rollout projects.
• Analyse, design, and optimise end-to-end Sales & Distribution processes.
• Drive continuous improvements across the SAP SD landscape.
• Support business users and local subsidiaries across multiple countries.
• Manage and resolve incidents, change requests, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams.
• Support integration between SD and MM, FI, and Logistics.
• Perform complex troubleshooting and debugging activities.
• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions in English.
• Act as trusted advisor to the business and contribute to SAP roadmap discussions.
• Take on increasing leadership responsibilities with potential to become Team Lead.
