A GRANA Beteiligungs-AG in Austria is seeking a Procurement Process Expert focused on SAP MM and Analytics to support and harmonise procurement processes across the group.

You will drive rollouts, optimise master data, and deliver data-driven insights for strategic sourcing and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Completed studies or comparable education in a technical or business administration field.
• Approx. 3 years of professional experience in procurement or process management.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP MM – you have worked in the module, ideally in process implementation or rollout projects.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.

Aufgaben

• Independent implementation and rollout of SAP MM procurement processes from contract creation to goods receipt at various sites (mainly Europe).
• Analyse and evaluate existing procurement processes and support harmonisation and standardisation efforts from IT and procurement perspectives.
• Develop and implement KPIs, monitoring and reporting for request-to-pay and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Develop data management and quality in SAP MM for reliable procurement analytics.
• Manage procurement projects across the Group from planning to rollout and documentation.
• Create training materials and train key users remotely and on site.
• Collaborate with local/divisional procurement and IT on SAP MM activities.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines.

We are currently looking for a dedicated person who wants to join our Corporate Purchasing, Logistics & Supply Chain team in Vienna (AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG) in the position of Procurement Process Expert – SAP MM & Analytics (m/f/d).

In this position, you will support the entire procurement organisation of the AGRANA Group in implementing, harmonising and standardising operational and tactical procurement processes (request-to-pay) – with a clear system focus on SAP MM and a strong analytical angle. You will run your own projects and roll out processes on site at our locations – this means you enjoy optimisation work, take ownership from planning to go-live, work with people across countries, and translate process data into better decisions.

Your responsibilities:

• Independent implementation and rollout of operational and tactical procurement processes in SAP MM – from contract creation and purchase requisitions through to goods receipt – on your own responsibility, both remotely and on site at our various sites and divisions (primarily Europe), with a focus on indirect material as well as stock material and orders for major projects
• Analysis and evaluation of existing procurement processes and the IT systems involved, and support of harmonisation and standardisation efforts from both an IT and a procurement perspective
• Development and implementation of KPIs, monitoring and reporting solutions for the request-to-pay process, and translation of process and spend data into actionable recommendations
• Further development of data management and data quality in SAP MM (e.g. master data, order volumes, lead times, prices) as a basis for reliable procurement analytics
• Independent management of procurement and process projects across the entire Group (holding and divisions) – from planning and stakeholder coordination through to rollout and documentation
• Development of relevant training materials and formats for the rollout of the respective procurement processes, as well as training and support of key users remotely and on site
• Close cooperation with local and divisional procurement experts and with the IT department on all SAP MM related activities
• Compliance with the applicable compliance guidelines

Your profile:

• Completed studies or comparable education in a technical or business administration field
• Approx. 3 years of professional experience in procurement or process management
• Solid project management skills with proven experience in leading process or rollout projects independently
• Hands‑on knowledge of SAP MM – you have worked in the module, ideally in process implementation or rollout projects
• Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Data‑driven, detail‑oriented personality who enjoys turning process data into clear recommendations
• Excellent knowledge of German and English (both business fluent)
• Communicative team player with a hands‑on, solution‑oriented mentality
• Structured, result‑oriented way of working and a strong service orientation towards internal stakeholders
• Willingness to travel 20–30% of the time

Nice to have – we are happy to develop these with you:

• Knowledge of SAP BI, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or Power BI
• Experience as an SAP inhouse consultant (SAP MM) or in a comparable SAP process consulting role
• Experience in an international, multi‑site environment (food or related industry is a plus)

• Our attractive remuneration is based on current market salaries. You can expect an annual gross salary starting at EUR 60,000,- all in, whereby we are open to overpayment in the case of corresponding qualifications and experience.
