Zusammenfassung

delfortgroup AG is seeking a seasoned SAP program leader to drive integration and governance across the SAP landscape. You will guide a team responsible for service, change, demand and test management, while steering international SAP projects from inception to delivery.

Key responsibilities include translating business requirements into scalable IT solutions, improving governance standards, and collaborating with the PMO and stakeholders to harmonize processes.

Qualifikationen

• Education in the technical field or process management.
• Proven project management skills.
• Several years of SAP consulting, project delivery or SAP application management.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership experience with stakeholder management.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a SAP Integration & Governance team responsible for Service, Change, Demand and Test Management.
• Lead international SAP projects and transformation initiatives independently.
• Manage projects throughout their full lifecycle.
• Lead cross-module requirements and solution design across the SAP landscape.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable IT solutions.
• Continuously improve Demand, Change and Test Management processes.
• Establish and maintain SAP governance standards and project methodologies.
• Support SAP rollouts, process harmonization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with central PMO as well as with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements.
