Arvato is seeking a SAP EWM support specialist to join our logistics operations in Austria. You will serve as the primary contact for operational staff, ensuring smooth SAP EWM processes and facilitating collaboration between operations, IT, and customers.

With a hands-on mindset and clear communication, you will deliver training, support changes, and help rollouts while documenting issues and driving continuous improvement to keep our systems stable.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments.
• Basic understanding of IT processes and ticket management.
• Very good English; German is a plus.
• Structured, solution-oriented and self-driven work style.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• First-Level Support for SAP EWM: Serve as the primary point of contact for operational employees regarding SAP EWM-related questions and issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the customer’s system.
• Bridging Operations, IT, and Customer requirements: Coordinate collaboration between operational teams, customer key users, and the IT department to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
• Training and Knowledge Transfer: Deliver training sessions, onboarding activities, and short learning modules. Communicate new functionalities and process changes in a clear, practical, and user-friendly manner.
• Process Stability and Continuous Improvement: Support system rollouts, changes, testing activities, and updates to ensure stable and efficient operational processes.
• Structured Incident and Ticket Management: Document, analyze, and elevate more complex system-related issues, while tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up through resolution.
